What makes Wenzi Studio silk scarves unique?
Each Wenzi Studio scarf begins as an original watercolor painting, then is digitally printed on 100% Mulberry silk. Every piece is handcrafted in Canada, making each scarf a wearable work of art.
What type of silk do you use?
We use premium 100% Mulberry silk, known for its luxurious feel, natural sheen, and durability. Mulberry silk is the highest quality silk available.
How should I care for my silk scarf?
We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the vibrant colors and delicate silk fabric. Store your scarf in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free to Canada and the United States on every order. Everywhere else, shipping is CAD $10 — or free when your order is $80 or more.
Do US customers pay import duties or tariffs?
No. For orders shipped to the United States, we cover import duties and taxes in advance. The price you see at checkout is what you pay — there are no surprise customs fees on delivery.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes. Use code HELLO15 at checkout for 15% off your first order. Enter the same email you will use to pay — the code is for new customers only.
Do returning customers get a discount?
Yes. Use code WENZI10 at checkout for 10% off any order. Buying two or more items still saves 15% automatically.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. As a small studio, a flat return shipping fee of $20 CAD applies.

Absolutely! We welcome custom commissions. Please contact us through our contact page to discuss your vision and we'll create a unique piece just for you.
