2. Products & Craftsmanship
Every Wenzi Studio scarf is a handcrafted item. While we strive for perfection, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur due to the nature of silk and the printing process. These variations are not defects but rather characteristics of the artisanal process.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Wenzi Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of silk and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
